Description

Position Title: Enterprise System Administrator

Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA

Clearance Level required: Secret

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Monitor and maintain appropriate cybersecurity controls and ensure Operational Security (OPSEC) requirements are in accordance with the performance standards established in the AITP Services List (latest version) for all assigned services.
  • Maintain all aspects of the Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Systems Center Operation Manager (SCOM) Enterprise Management System to include SCCM Infrastructure, SCCM Administrator console, Software/Hardware Inventory, Software Distribution, SCOM Infrastructure, SCOM Administrator and Operator Consoles, and SCOM monitoring and alerting.
  • Design, test, and implement upgrades and enhancements to existing SCCM and SCOM environments.
  • Build and distribute software package pushes to update and patch enterprise and user systems by creating Microsoft Installer and silent executable software packages using automated mechanisms such as scripts.
  • Ensure compliance with established Fort Eisenhower NEC Vulnerability Management policies, maintaining compliance of hardware and software for all end user devices on the unclassified and classified Fort Eisenhower Installation Campus Area Network (ICAN) .
  • Identify root cause and remediation of unsuccessful patches, providing results to the Government.
  • Ensure compliance of all end user devices with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Military Unique Deployment Guides (MUDGs), and any other DoD, USCYBERCOM, Department of the Army (DA), ARCYBER, NETCOM or other authorative cybersecurity sources.
  • Ensure optimal functioning of the Windows based enterprise and standard edition operating systems; develop utility software to ensure compatibility between operating systems, domains, file access methods, installed programs, and retrieval of data.
  • Recognize problems within and between Active Directory (AD) Domains/Organizational Units (OU) and resolve operational, equipment and/or software issues; establish, and maintain AD user accounts to include setting required parameters per established guidelines.
  • Maintain, configure and troubleshoot images for desktop operating systems.
  • Draft and maintain SOP documents for the functional category.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), or equivalent.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and security in a DoD or government setting.
  • Obtained required DoDM 8140.03 CE/Baseline Certifications prior to task order start.
  • Limited-Privileged Access.
