Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Review, validate, coordinate, and advise on functional IT and telecommunications requirements.
- Recommend and prepare approval and disapproval of Change Requests.
- Escalate tickets to appropriate approval echelon, ensure approval/authorizations are submitted into execution and validate closures of Change Requests.
- Gather all Configuration Items (CI's) from NEC Eisenhower Capability Managers and prepares Configuration control packages for Chair overview.
- Coordinate Configuration Control Board (CCF) meetings, documents proceedings, and ensure CI are entered in Change Management Database (CMDB) for tracking.
- Maintains Configuration Control Package tracking database.
- Prepare approval packages for Approving Authority's signature.
- Prepare and present reports and briefings; attend working groups.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of cybersecurity programs in alignment with DoD priorities.
- Allocate and manage financial, personnel, and technical resources.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to meet program goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success.
- Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and senior DoD leadership.
- Communicate program status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
- Ensure all programs comply with DoD policies, standards, and regulations.
- Support the acquisition and procurement of necessary resources.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent. Obtained required DoDM 8140.03 CE/Baseline Certifications prior to task order start.
- Experience: Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and familiarity with DoD operational environments.
- Elevated Privileged Access.
