Description

Position Title: Change Configuration Program Manager

Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA

Clearance Level required: Secret

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Review, validate, coordinate, and advise on functional IT and telecommunications requirements.
  • Recommend and prepare approval and disapproval of Change Requests.
  • Escalate tickets to appropriate approval echelon, ensure approval/authorizations are submitted into execution and validate closures of Change Requests.
  • Gather all Configuration Items (CI's) from NEC Eisenhower Capability Managers and prepares Configuration control packages for Chair overview.
  • Coordinate Configuration Control Board (CCF) meetings, documents proceedings, and ensure CI are entered in Change Management Database (CMDB) for tracking.
  • Maintains Configuration Control Package tracking database.
  • Prepare approval packages for Approving Authority's signature.
  • Prepare and present reports and briefings; attend working groups.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of cybersecurity programs in alignment with DoD priorities.
  • Allocate and manage financial, personnel, and technical resources.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources to meet program goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success.
  • Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and senior DoD leadership.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all programs comply with DoD policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Support the acquisition and procurement of necessary resources.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent. Obtained required DoDM 8140.03 CE/Baseline Certifications prior to task order start.
  • Experience: Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and familiarity with DoD operational environments.
  • Elevated Privileged Access.
