Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electronics Technician Maintenance to join our team in Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interpreting and integrating hardware based on drawings, system wiring diagrams, and interface circuit boards
- Troubleshooting, repair, and testing of CCA's and assemblies
- Handling of PCBs and able to abide by all Electronic Discharge processes and procedures
- Support the NAVSUP legacy workload in troubleshooting and repairing the SPS-40 and OE-120 workload
- Soldering to revise printed circuit boards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates with 0 years of experience or High School with 3 years of relevant experience
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), High voltage training, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and associated training is required to perform the duties in designated work areas
- Experience in reading, understanding, and creating technical drawings (schematics) of electrical equipment
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting NSWC Crane projects
- Associate's Degree or higher in Electronics
- Must possess solder certification to IPC requirements such as IPC J-STD-001, IPC 7711/7721
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Basic to intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 Lbs.
- Work extensive time in stationary positions.
- Climb and descend ladders
