Functional Responsibilities:
The CE shall possess an active and transferable U.S. TOP-SECRET (with SSBI). The CE shall be capable of collaborating on designs, able to assist with requirement deconstruction, and review work products to ensure sound technical solutions. The CE shall be able to provide feedback to the team on the quality of solutions and recommend improvements or changes if required.
The CE will work with the Customer to provide competent technical leadership and responsible project direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management tasks. The CE will direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints, while interfacing with client counterparts when appropriate.
Minimum General Experience:
The CE shall have eight (8) years of experience providing competent technical leadership in designing, architecting, and supporting technical systems. The CE shall be able to collect requirements and turn them into designs and action plans for the team to execute. The CE shall be capable of reviewing technical capabilities for use with new requirements. The CE shall have expert-level experience with designing, architecting, and supporting both Cisco and Linux routing enterprise systems. They shall have an understanding of firewalls, routing, switching, and other telecommunications systems. The CE shall have knowledge of various Virtual Private Network (VPN) technologies such as Internet Protocol Security (IPSEC) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted tunnels. The CE shall be able to integrate Cloud Provider services such as Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dynamic Domain Name Systems (DNS), and Web Hosting.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college; or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related scientific/technical field. Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree or work experience at the Customer's discretion.
