DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Windows System Administration at OFFUTT AFB in Omaha, Nebraska. This role requires flexibility to support issues or planned activities both during core business hours as well as after-hours and weekends as needed. Windows Desktop Services facilitates timely and efficient desktop service for nearly 10,000 combined PC, laptop and virtual sessions spanning across three networks, stand alone, and other use PCs (i.e. CIS) in multiple locations to include outside of USSTRATCOM. This team is responsible for providing Level 2 & 3 problem resolution for all desktop and software components on the LAN with the exception of Break/Fix hardware actions.
Job Responsibilities:
Desktop administrators should exhibit excellent follow-through, customer service skills, task management, work ethic, and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Administrators must also demonstrate time management skills to facilitate timely resolution of customer service requests.

Candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting system hardware, software, virtual system sessions, security tools, and operating system issues
- Build, update, maintain Blade PC platform.
- Create and maintain procedural documentation and train junior staff as necessary
- Create, change, delete command user accounts as requested by ISAMs.
- Support high-level, (NAOC/ABNCP/Exec Comms) computing requirements.
- Policy Group Management (KIOSK, SDG), Global Security Group and AppStack Group management.
- CDI account and Teridici Administration support.
- Install and troubleshoot printers/print queues, scanners and Multi-Function Devices.
- Provide 24X7, and remote location support as needed
- Work ticket queues and document resolutions completely and accurately
- Adhere to enterprise architecture by following best practices
- Utilize both Active Directory and Active Roles Services to monitor and control, users, devices, permissions.
- Perform Enterprise VDI management, VMWare Horizon View, VMWare vSpherre Web Client.
- Distribute software to PCs utilizing MECM, virtual sessions connection, or by desktop visit to hand load.
- Analyze alerts from various monitoring tools and take appropriate actions during troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 - 8 Years
Required Certifications:
- IATT 2 - CompTIA Security+ required within 6 months of hire.
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
- MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7
- ITIL® v4 Foundations Certification
- VMWare Certified Professional (VCP)
- Required to respond to after-hour emergencies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and delegate work
- Proven ability in fast-paced environment with attention to detail individually and as part of a team
- Good business and analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- This is a 24x7x365 Operations role and requires flexibility to support issues or planned activities after hours and weekends as needed.
- Self-starter; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently for on-time delivery
- Self-motivated; proactive; a team player; well spoken
- Strong understanding of file/folder permissions
- Strong oral/written/presentation skills and experience communicating with technical/non-technical audiences
- Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server
- Ability to work with application owners to formulate, troubleshoot and document application installations
- Understanding of Server 2012
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Active Roles Server.
- Understanding of application & OS security, including virus scan management and patching
- Working knowledge in VMWare is required
