Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a New Start Coordinator to support an ARPA initiative on a fully remote basis. The New Start Coordinator will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies.

Responsibilties of the New Start Coordinator:
- Assist government Program Manager in the "New Start" process
- Develop or update material for presentation to mission office leadership on the state of all ongoing new starts and where they are in the process
- Manage concurrent and competing timelines for multiple Government clients
- Assist in the development and review of programmatic documents
Qualifications of the New Start Coordinator:
- 14+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting development of new starts and support to an ARPA PM (DARPA, ARPA-E, IARPA)
- PhD in Biological Sciences, or related scientific field
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Compensation for the New Start Coordinator:
- Salary: $180,000-200,000/year *flexible based on experience*

- Fully REMOTE schedule
