Mission Manager Senior Mentor Level 3

We are actively searching for Mission Manager Senior Mentors, located in Georgia, to support our team. We have varying levels of Mentors, depending on years of experience and education.
Job Description:

• The Senior Mentor shall provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT mission; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management.

Qualifications:

• Personnel in this category shall have five (5) or more years of operational experience directly related to real-time time sensitive collection and/or reporting in support of military operations, within the last seven
• (7) years, with NSA and/or another Intelligence Agency or DoD/military component. Experience as an on-shift Mission Manager is highly desired.

Position requires security clearance with successful Polygraph.
