Senior Logistician

Job Description
ANALYGENCE is pursuing work supporting the NAWCAD Support Equipment Department (SED) with logistics and technical support services. This role leads the application of logistics and technical services to support strategic decision making for DoD aircraft SE logistics programs/projects.

• Provide Logistics and Technical Support Services in support of aviation SE for the full range of Navy, Joint Service, International Partners, or DoD aircraft systems at all stages of the life cycle.
• Analyze SE acquisition and logistics support strategies and assist in making recommendations to reduce logistics risk, lead time, and life cycle cost.
• Provide logistics management and technical support for the development of logistics program documents, schedules, Plans of Action and Milestones, status reports, presentations, minutes, action items and administrative products.
• Review and assist in evaluating proposed design and maintenance concepts for SE impact and ease of support in Navy organic, and/or contract Performance Based Logistics (PBL), and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) based environments.
• Assist in the development and execution of logistics plans, products and processes and acquisition documents such as: SOWs, Purchase Requisition documentation, Market Research, Justifications & Approvals, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM), obligation & expenditure plans, impact statements to support SE procurements, SERDs, Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries, and Common Spend Plan Tool budgets.
• Research, assist in developing, or assist in reviewing SE logistics program Business Case Analyses (BCA) to aid in SE procurement and life cycle support decisions and overall program impact.

Requirements

• BS/BA and 12 years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition and sustainment logistics with at least 4 years out of the 12 years in leading DoD aviation maintenance activities.
• Prior experience and project management with logisticians in the performance of comprehensive analysis across the spectrum of ILS elements during a job assignment in or in support of an operational command.
• Ability to perform independent work to provide logistics and support system effectiveness analysis, studies and evaluations.
