This program provides comprehensive, performance based, Base Operations Services (BOS) for the headquarters of a major customer in the intelligence community, located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Support includes program management, workforce and security support services, logistics, environmental and occupational health, project management, operations, maintenance, repair, grounds maintenance and custodial services for the 2.5 million square foot state-of-the-art headquarters building, limited support to adjacent customer buildings, and over 100 small satellite locations. The program requires a highly capable team to ensure mission-critical systems and environments operate efficiently and securely, supporting thousands of personnel in a dynamic and evolving environment.

This position is contingent based on contract award.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager (PM) shall be responsible for overall cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program within established contract baselines. The PM shall have the ability to make contractual decisions and obligate his/her team upon requests from the Government. The PM shall be the primary point through which communications, work assignments, and technical direction flow between the Government and the Contractor.
  • The PM is expected to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government. The PM shall possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills and demonstrate the ability to manage in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice taskings under high pressure situations.
  • The PM shall be available within one hour during normal work hours to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative. After normal business hours, the PM shall be available within two hours, after notification, to meet on-site with the COR or designated Government representative.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Industry recognized certification in Program and/or Project Management or Facility Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Structural), or another related field.
  • Fifteen (15) years' experience managing all aspects of building operations; five (5) years of which shall have been with a contract of similar size and scope.

Security Clearance Requirement:

This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
