Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Research Security and Supply Chain Risk Analyst to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Chief Operating Officer (COO) activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Support the Research Security Review program and Supply Chain Risk Review policies in accordance with National Security Presidential Memorandum (NSPM)-33, provisions in the CHIPS and Science Act, guidance from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), and HHS policies.
2) Review proposals for research security risks which include covered individuals participation in Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs and affiliations with researchers in FCOCs; funding from and patents filed in FCOCs; as well as foreign ownership, control, or influence indicators.
3) Draft new research security policies and process and design briefs to assist in educating internal and external stakeholders on policies and process.
4) Strong writing skills and ability to prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Experience/Expertise Required:
1) Experience in research security risk assessments.
2) Experience supporting Federal or Industry in developing policies and procedures. Experience designing training briefs and engaging stakeholders for feedback.
3) Experience in supply chain risk management desired.

Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, may consider military service or federal service in lieu of Bachelor's degree if all other requirements are met.
