Job Description
The mission of CJTF-OIR (CISSC), by, with and through regional partners, is to militarily defeat the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in the Combined Joint Operations Area in order to enable whole-of-coalition governmental actions to increase regional stability. The Coalition strategy acknowledges that the best forces to win the fight against ISIL are local, indigenous forces such as the Government of Iraq (GoI) Iraqi Security Forces (ISS), and the Kurdish Peshmerga. In Syria, the Coalition continues to search for viable partners in opposition forces focused on fighting ISIL.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education - Associates degree OR 4 years of full-time relevant experience in Geospatial Intelligence Operations
- Experience - 4 years of full-time current GEOINT, remote sensing, cartography, geography, or related field analysis experience with the following
- MOS 35G, 350G, 12Y; OR
- USMC 0241, 0261; OR
- USAF 1N151X; OR
- Other DoD or government agency equivalent specialty code
- TS/SCI clearance
- Expert knowledge of basic and advanced GEOINT imagery interpretation principles, techniques, and procedures for imagery exploitation, analysis, and production operations.
- Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills
- Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations
- Expert ability to manage research and coordination of projects, reports, and presentations
- Experience/training in conducting Near Real Time (NRT) Full Motion Video (FMV)
- Demonstrate creating products originating from NRT FMV
- Must meet all existing foreign government age/education restrictions for deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence, collection, fusion, analysis, production, dissemination for intelligence databases and products
- Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification
- Proficient knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools
- Knowledge and experience in GEOINT production operations
- Experience writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance
- Detailed understanding of the various GEOINT phenomenology's and collection operations
