Program Manager
Phoenix Global Support is seeking a qualified program manager in the Fort Eustis, VA, area. This position is a full-time contingent starting Spring/Summer 2025. This contract may require up to 25% travel time and is an on-site position.
Must have demonstrated successful prior experience as a project/program manager for a Government (DoD or IC) contract with over 100 full-time intelligence and administrative personnel over three to five years. Alternately, experience commanding a military organization similar in size and nature (G2/J2 staff director or Military Intelligence battalion (or equivalent) command).
Must have a demonstrated ability to quickly resolve performance, cost, and schedule problems.
Must have at least five years of technical program management experience.
Must have strong personal, oral, and written communication skills appropriate for senior-level audiences.
Must have at least eight to ten years of military experience and be knowledgeable about TRADOC and its missions.
Must have a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Must have advanced skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and familiarity with TRADOC automated systems of record. Phoenix may require a Microsoft skills verification test.
We prefer someone with an active Project Management Professional certification.
