Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) IIII to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer. TTAs provide research and analysis for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities.
The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) IIII shall possess the following capabilities:

• Preparing network development and target packages and assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified/unclassified and open-source information.
• Conducting multi-source intelligence research and creating analytic packages.
• Utilizing SIGINT tools, network development tools, and Open-Source Research to develop targeting plans and products supporting defined collection priorities and to identify measures of effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant customer work experience in lieu of degree.
• Direct work experience requisite with Labor Category Level (12-20 years for level 4).
• Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations.
• Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases.
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
• Formal Targeter training and/ or certification.
• Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities and plan and organize tasks independently.
• Ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges.
• Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing .

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
