Job Description:
We are looking for a Counterintelligence Officer (Level II) to ensure that network monitoring, management, and diagnostic tools are functioning efficiently to support the overall health and performance of the network.
These individuals will fuse intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines by conducting all-source intelligence research, risk analysis, report writing, operational concept development, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge with how to research, write, and analyze using the customer's tools and databases, strong briefing and writing skills, and comfort with presenting reports to all levels of customer management.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Required Qualifications:
- Three (3) to Seven (7) years of related experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
- Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
- Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT
- Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods
- Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection
- Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment
- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
- Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
- Formal CI training and/or certifications
- Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
- Foreign languages skills
