Responsibilities extend to writing and editing technical documentation for hardware and software, covering installation, configuration, and how-to guides, as well as creating code documentation and implementation guides. Additionally, the position requires producing field, data definition, and data flow documentation, and formatting technical publications based on various sources, including pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Document process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Assist the teams with managing team websites and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop business methods, identify best practices, and create and assess performance documents.
  • Serves as a coordinator between multiple scrum teams to support team presentations and demonstrations.
  • Document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion.

  • Ensure compliance with customer and company style guide standards.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks.
