TRG is seeking an experienced Senior Business Information Analyst to provide Program Support to the Military to Civilian Transition Office (MCTO).
The Military-Civilian Transition Office (MCTO) requires programmatic research, analysis, assessments, product development, document drafting, recommendations, coordination, synchronization, and analytic support services for Service members preparing for their next step in life - whether pursuing an additional vocational trade or higher education, finding employment in the public or private sector, or starting their own business; or Reserve Component (RC) members and their families adjusting to pre- and post-activation, mobilization or deployment. MCTO designs cohesive, modular, outcome-based training, events and courses that bolsters and standardizes the opportunities, services, and training to promote effective and efficient support of transitioning Service members and members of the National Guard and Reserve, their families, and communities worldwide.
This position is currently hybrid. Work may be performed directly at the customer facility in Alexandria, VA (The Mark Center - https://markcenter.com/), at the TRG headquarters in McLean, VA, or remotely.
Security Clearance: Ability to meet adjudication guidelines to maintain a critical non-sensitive billet (Tier 3/Tier 3R Investigation)
Travel: Minimal to moderate Travel - CONUS
Core hours for DC location are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review existing system scope for TAP defense business systems and provide courses of action recommendations to government lead for approval to ensure the system collects information on transition assistance activities annually for over 200,000 service members prior to their transition from service to accomplish the government approved system scope targets.
- Carefully coordinate with interagency Information Systems Analysts and the Services.
- Review and analyze TAP business processes ensuring that the system captures the required data and has the required user interface and functionality and recommend efficiencies to government lead.
Experience and Technical Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's degree.
- Required: A minimum of 15 years of experience reviewing and analyzing business processes. Will consider 13 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree.
- Required: Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
- Preferred: Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a related field tied to Information Systems, analytics, and business systems.
- Experience preparing systems and certifying them for government approval. Experience developing professional PowerPoint briefings, reports, user guides, and memos that describe changes in IT Business Systems, user interface and functionality changes (e.g., convey pending requirements for modification to the IT Business System in layman terms to the users of the system), and findings and interpretation of analysis and evaluation of data related to IT Business System.
- Preferred: Military Veterans that live locally.
- Preferred: Previous experience working within the Military to Civilian Transition Office (MCTO).
- Experience conducting compatibility tests on hardware and software; experience supervising contractors and conducting testing/certification of their work; able to provide technology training.
