The full-time Guard I/Logistics Clerk reports directly to the Site Manager or their designated representative.
A Guard I/Logistic Clerk's duties include but are not limited to:
• Access to the building is regulated by verifying information against authorized access rosters.
• Distribution of official Visitor badges for access to the building.
• Maintaining access logbooks for all access to the building.
• Maintain government-provided Security access lists/databases.
• Answering the telephone and responding to requests for information about the trainers and scheduled events.
• Compile Simulator Schedule Data and create Operator Schedules for daily simulator activity.
• Data entry for Training Device Utilization Records.
• Data entry into Badge Access Control System.
• Will be responsible for the cleanliness of the guard station.
• Processing shipment orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Communicating with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or delays.

Requirements:
• Mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods and to climb two (2) flights of stairs is required.
• You must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Must present a professional appearance in dress and demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
• It is required that a Guard must have a High School diploma or equivalent certification.
• Must be computer literate and be able to use and access basic computer programs (Microsoft products, Excel, PDF, etc.).
• Applicant must be a US Citizen and possess the ability to secure a US Passport.
• The applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance for access to classified information.
