We're looking for an experienced communications spe cia list like you who is ready to share your knowledge and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you'll use your consulting skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency ( DARPA ) in its mission to create breakthrough te chn ologies for national security.
As a communications spe cia list on our team, you'll develop creative solutions to complex problems, working closely with teams across the agency to support recruitment efforts within the agency. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to define the Employment Brand across DARPA.
As the organizational advisor of all aspects of verbal and written communications, you'll oversee key industry partnerships to develop in support of the recruitment function and e nga gement strategy, informed by stakeholders across the organization. Your creative-thi nk ing and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in Employee Brand Management
- Experience building e nga gement strategies for agency communications
- Experience developing events strategies for both traditional and non-traditional partners
- Knowledge of best practice for brand management across recruitment so cia l platforms such as Li nk edIn, TeamBlind, and Glassdoor
- Ability to assist with the creation of talking points, scripts, and presentations in support of telling the DARPA employment story through a variety of channels
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with brand management for government agencies
- Experience with event coordination and management
- Knowledge of government hiring practices
- Ability to work on site in Arlington, VA
