DevSecOps Engineer (TS/SCI)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seekinga DevSecOps professional to support a classified Geospatial Intelligence program in outside of San Diego, CA. The team is seeking a deployment engineer to develop automated pipelines for cloud environments in support of the adoption of Analytical Modeling Capabilities for the agency.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA (hybrid, 2-3x/week)

Responsibilities of the DevSecOps Engineer:

• Develop automated pipelines for cloud environments and support automated build, test and release deployments
• Experience working in DevSecOps culture and supporting teams for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of containerized applications
• Automate orchestration using Kubernetes
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration management tools
• Understanding of AWS cloud services
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform or equivalent configuration management tools
• Basic understanding of scripting & software development packages for development of Infrastructure as Code

Qualifications of the DevSecOps Engineer:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 7+ years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with Docker containerization and orchestration
• Experience with cloud based technologies and environments (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps development process (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Software development, python or java scripting knowledge

Compensation of the DevSecOps Engineer:

• Total compensation based on experience level - $150,000 - $210,000+ **based on experience level**
