All-Source Intelligence Analyst
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence expert to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. We're seeking your advanced advisory skills to join our Finan cia l Intelligence team to help deliver creative solutions to complex problems.
As an all-source economic and finan cia l intelligence expert, you'll bring your research and analytical expertise as we uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions as well as model future events and correlations.
Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including intelligence, law enforcement, commer cia l and business, and open source information. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior leaders, policy makers, and the Intelligence Community. As the authority on your portfolio, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience with c ond ucting all-source research and analysis to uncover persons and entities of interest, and relationships among them
- Experience with synthesizing all-source information into written products and briefings that conform to analytic tradecraft standards
- Experience with identifying persons and entities involved in unlawful activity and their sources and methods of support
- Knowledge of formal and informal finan cia l systems
- Knowledge of finan cia l crime and unlawful finan cia l activity typologies
- TS / SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience performing research, analysis, and writing assessments to inform decision-makers, Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience performing research, analysis, and writing assessments to inform decision-makers, or Master's degree and 2+ of experience performing research, analysis, and writing assessments to inform decision-makers
Nice If You Have:
- Experience c ond ucting economic or finan cia l research, or statistical analysis
- Experience incorporating finan cia l data into all-source research, analysis, and production
- Experience with ba nk ing or tra nsa ctional data
- Knowledge of finance, finan cia l markets, or international economics
- Ability to communicate complex topics to audiences of varied backgrounds, levels, and comprehension
- Finan cia l intelligence certification such as the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Spe cia list ( CAMS ) , Certified Global Sanctions Spe cia list ( CGSS ) , or Certified Finan cia l Crimes Spe cia list ( CFCS )
