Responsibilities
Do you want to be part of a team delivering technologies to the front line of our Nations cyber efforts? Peraton is looking for a Senior Program Director who has experience managing large programs, financial, schedule, hiring, and transition-in for a program consisting of several hundred positions supporting strategic operations. This position will be a key contributor supporting our team.
This position will be located in Arlington, VA.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 16 years' experience required.
Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

This position will be located in Arlington, VA.
- You will be required to manage the execution of the programs scope, forecasts, and objectivizes.
- You will ensure quality standards, program tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of the program.
- Provide technical and analytic guidance to program Teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 16 years' experience required.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- Experience in Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) management
- Experience utilizing Structure Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile, Scrum or Kanban as a project/product manager
- Experience developing project documentation and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing IT projects with a focus on agile and CI/CD
- Experience with resource planning and tracking
- Proven efficiency in establishing milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules
- Understanding of technical concepts and required skillsets for implementing technical solutions
- Strong communication skills
- PMP Qualified
- Experience building automations in PowerBI
- CISSP or CISM certification is preferred
