Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Security Manager (SSM) to support operations at Hurlburt Field, FL. This role focuses on personnel management and system oversight, particularly for RAPIDS operations.

This role provides valuable experience with advanced personnel management systems such as RAPIDS, ARMS/PRDA, and MilPDS.
**These positions are contingent upon the award of a contract.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary RAPIDS Site Security Manager, including:
- Activating RAPIDS users and assigning Verifying Official (VO) and Super Verifying Official (SVO) roles
- Managing ID card stock and consumables
- Ensuring system integrity and audit compliance
- Be on-site during all RAPIDS operations
- Maintain detailed audit records and perform duties as a Verifying Official (VO) as needed
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship
- ACTIVE SECRET Security Clearance
- Experience in personnel management and secure system oversight
- Preferred experience with RAPIDS/DEERS
