Chenega Supply Chain Solutions (CSCS), a Chenega Professional Services Strategic Business Unit company, is looking for a Project Manager to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), within the Health Systems Bureau (HSB) and its Health Research Services Administration (HRSA), in support of the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily and effective contact and communication with the HRSA CICP Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Specialist (CS), CICP Program leadership, and other associated government stakeholders as assigned.
  • Seamlessly and regularly interface and communicate with the CSCS Program Manager, corporate AOR Logistics leadership, and Chenega Professional Services Strategic Business Unit (PSSBU) stakeholders.
  • Support the identification, qualification, placement, continual training, and management of all CSCS personnel assigned and authorized to work on the CICP program.
  • Provide inspiring, innovative, and effective oversight of the contract performance, quality, and consistency.
  • Help identify, develop, and deploy solutions that enhance contract performance, quality, and value.
  • Ensure the highest and continuous level of government agency, component organization, and direct program customer satisfaction.
  • Provide direct leadership and support to the development, submission, and approval of assigned contract deliverables, based on contract designated Contract Deliverable Requirements List [CDRL] and other program documentation, reports, and artifacts identified in the contract and/or via direct request from the CICP program CO and/or COR.
  • Communicate and develop appropriate Risk Management processes and procedures. Consistently, proactively, and responsively identify, track, address, manage, and mitigate program risks, problems, and concerns before and/or as they arise. Coordinate appropriately with CSCS and government stakeholders as assigned and directed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience with at least three (3) years as a manager responsible for managing complex systems and workflow.
  • Must be able to report onsite, to the clients location Monday- Friday.
  • Prior work experience includes working in the health insurance industry, a utilization review firm or another health care claims review organization, worker's compensation or managed care processing organization in a role that involved managing medical and administrative staff, or healthcare organization in a role that involved managing medical and administrative staff.
  • Case management and/or claims management program knowledge, leadership, and/or support experience is desired.
  • Project research and analysis knowledge and experience is desired.
  • High writing skills and competencies is desired.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or higher is desired.
  • Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to undergo a government security clearance investigation.
  • Able to undergo background check processing for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Active transferable Common Access Card is not required but preferred.
  • Active Public Trust security clearance is not required but preferred.
