The Opportunity:

Provide analysis support to an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of CJ2 analytical requirements. Coordinate the activities of co-located Contractor Reachback intelligence analysts and maintaining effective communications with forward deployed senior intelligence staff and ensures all production requirements meet customer needs. The Contractor shall provide on a 90-day rotational basis one contractor employee to deploy into the CJOA-A (four analysts per year). Employees required to deploy from the Reachback location shall attend the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) prior to deployment.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Must have a TS/SCI
  • Associates degree or a minimum of 4 years' experience relevant experience
  • PLUS a minimum of five years analytic experience with former MOS 18F, 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 97B, 97E, 35E, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A OR other service equivalent specialty codes such as 18F = SF INTEL NCO or 180A SF WO with ASOT-III, USAF 7S071 - Special Investigator (SI), USMC 0211 Counterintelligence/HUMINT (CI/HUMINT) specialist OR other DoD joint service equivalent specialty codes
  • Requires submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, the Haqqani Network, ISIS, or the HIG (250-word minimum) with resume
  • Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA-A requirements


Desired:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in either CI, CT, Afghanistan/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, or political/military analysis
  • Tactical and/or operational level experience
  • Four years CI/HUMINT experience preferred
  • Experience with assessment of sources and their reporting through the corroboration of source reporting and providing analytical feedback

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$60,100 - $123,300
