Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

Job Description:
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of overall related experience and a bachelor's degree in related field required. A master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience, experience leading complex DevSecOps programs with an emphasis on cloud, cyber and platform technologies
- SAFe Agilist, PMI, PMP or PgMP certifications required.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
