The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Strategic Integrator in support of the newly established All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT). The ADS CFT, under Army Futures Command (AFC), accelerates the alignment of integrated sensing capabilities by informing requirements that harness the power of data, contribute to decision speed, facilitate informed maneuver, and increase lethality. ADS CFT is headquartered in Adelphi, Maryland with this position being located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Join the tip of the spear as ADS CFT enables leaders through integrated and ubiquitous sensing across All Domains, enhancing understanding and decision-making for the Army of 2040.

Responsibilities:
• Integrator of operations functions that provides expert guidance and support for management of complex projects, studies, and action items.

• Assesses experimentation activities, develops planning products, creates briefing materials, writes reports, and collaborates with government stakeholders to keep them informed of critical developments.

• Provides expert assistance to solve operational and administrative problems and handle emerging situations.

• Liaison with multiple stakeholders in support of ADS Mission and the integration functions within National Capital Region and Pentagon, to include Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, and other services.

• Provides program support to Mission Partner Engagements and facilities participation in the Geospatial-Enterprise Governance Board (GGB); the Force Integration Review Board (FIRB) and the Army Space Working Group, Mission Command Forums, Functional and Joint Capability Board meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must have expertise in synchronizing and integrating signature efforts to drive the Army's modernization strategy.
  • Must have expertise in DoD and Army Science and Technology (S&T) development, Acquisition/Program Office, and Requirements processes, funding sources, and organizations.
  • Must have extensive knowledge and experience with national-level intelligence operations, cyber, space, policy, and planning as well as tactical intelligence military operations.
  • Must have Organizational Expertise in multiple domains, to include terrestrial, airborne, high-altitude, and space Command and Control (C2) network architectures.

Desired:
  • Expertise in acquisition related activities, in order to deliver improved capabilities that close technology and capability gaps associated with deep sensing and targeting initiatives and optimize Army and Joint targeting processes
  • Familiarity with Electronic Warfare/Electromagnetic Warfare (EW)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
