Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled AI/Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) . The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. The AI/Cybersecurity SME will directly support the ARPA-H Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Role/Responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining the ARPA-H Cybersecurity Engineering concept of operations and associated standard operating procedures.
2. Providing guidance, analysis, and expertise to the ARPA-H CISO on world-class capabilities and products for conducting cybersecurity operations and risk management.
3. May be asked to advise the Cybersecurity Engineering team with hands-on activities to optimize the ARPA-H cybersecurity product stack.
Experience Required:
Cybersecurity operations experience, including incident responses required.
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years of practical cybersecurity engineering experience.
Experience may include (1) plan, implement, upgrade, and/or monitor cybersecurity measures to improve cyber defense and maintain a cyber-resilient network; (2) assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities for risks and propose and implement remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies; (3) ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure; and (4) respond to computer security breaches to re-establish protections and make required reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Master's degree, Degree in Cybersecurity or related field
CLEARANCE: HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)
