Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Advanced AI/ML Scientist to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Serve as a technical advisor to ARPA-H Program Managers.
2. Working closely with Program Manager and SETA teams to foresee and address potential questions before presented to Leadership.
3.Experience in machine learning and natural language processing required, experience in computation replication preferred.
4. Experience in language modeling, statistical or key-phrase extraction, and medical applications preferred

A successful AI/ML Scientist candidate will incorporate the following skills and experiences:

1. Experience in machine learning and natural language processing required. Experience in computation replication preferred.
2. Experience in language modeling, statistical or key-phrase extraction, and medical applications preferred.
3. Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
4. Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, as well as complete tasks of varying priority in parallel and under stressful deadlines.
5. Ability to meet deadlines.
6. Willingness to work in a high-paced environment.
7. Intellectual curiosity and interest in expanding knowledge to new scientific areas.
8. Prior ARPA experience (DARPA, IARPA, ARPA-E) experience preferred

Qualification Requirements:
Education
PhD, Biosystems Engineering, Computer Science or related scientific field
