Strategic Analysis is seeking a versatile, skilled Advanced Contract Specialist to support Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations in delivering high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. In addition to working well in a team environment, as a successful candidate you will incorporate the following:
Roles/Responsibilities
Provide pre- and post-contract management support of Other Transactions
Ability to analyze proposed prices or costs, including such aspects as evaluating technical and audit reports, forecasting price trends, evaluating economic factors, estimating production.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability and comfort in working with remote, geographically dispersed team
Ability to work with limited direct supervision
Qualification Requirements:
Experience in Federal Acquisition Regulations, Other Transactions (OT)s and R&D contracting
12 or more years of contracting experience required
ARPA experience preferred.
Education
Masters Degree required
