Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $62,962 - $70,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Operation and maintenance of the Enterprise Microsoft Exchange, level 3 troubleshooting, load analysis, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring, and other O&M activities.
- Provide customer service delivery and availability while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft Enterprise Exchange.
- Monitor and troubleshoot solutions, focusing on user experience, performance, and availability.
- Implement and manage security policies for solutions, covering access controls, network security, and data protection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting connectivity, performance, and application access issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to deployed solutions, such as architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and user guides.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to deployed solutions, including new features, tools, and technologies.
- Analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and the tools used to manage, create user accounts, groups, etc.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Required Experience: 3+ years' experience
- Required Technical Skills: Experience with various Outlook clients (Desktop Outlook client, Outlook Web app, and Outlook Mobile) processing email content; Experience with Outlook interacting with other applications (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint); Experience with Outlook permission assignments, including analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining; Experience with Outlook calendars, including analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining; Experience with the "desktop" Outlook client processing data (e.g., Cache Mode), including analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining; Experience with Azure Cloud technology, including analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining; Experience with workstations interacting with the network to determine the root cause of technical issues, including analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining; 1+ years' experience drafting or maintaining governance and support documentation to assist in administrating Microsoft Exchange or other Office 365 services
- Required Skills and Abilities: Strong writing and documentation skills; Strong organizational and communication skills; able to communicate technical issues and resolutions to the team, customers, and management
- Preferred Skills: Experience creating scripts (DOS, BASH, PowerShell, etc.); General technical knowledge of workstations, servers, web browsers, and the internet; Some knowledge of general programming concepts (arrays, condition statements, objects, etc.); Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing platform to process user requests; Experience with Microsoft Graph API; Willing to learn leading-edge Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure; A high-level understanding of the Navigator system and its relationship with Active Directory; Ability to use the internet to research information to resolve technical problems and/or for general information
