Advanced Network Design Engineer job in Port Orchard, Washington is available with Moseley Technical Services top Space & Defense company. In this job you will be a member of a cross functional team responsible for integration of software components, across multiple operating systems (Windows and Linux), hardware configurations (physical and virtual, including networking) and software packages while contributing to the integration and test of distributed, net-centric system-of-systems with specific needs on the Navy's Undersea Warfare Decision Support System (USWDSS) program

Advanced Network Design Engineer job in Port Orchard, Washington is available with Moseley Technical Services top Space & Defense company. In this job you will be a member of a cross functional team responsible for integration of software components, across multiple operating systems (Windows and Linux), hardware configurations (physical and virtual, including networking) and software packages while contributing to the integration and test of distributed, net-centric system-of-systems with specific needs on the Navy's Undersea Warfare Decision Support System (USWDSS) program
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM and 5+ years of job-related experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with Windows and Linux based operating systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code processes and provisioning (i.e. Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with Container/Container Orchestration software (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to resolve application, network or data issues.
- In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems.
