Energetics Manufacturing Program Manager (4587)

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in Indian Head, MD.

Required Experience:

• Working knowledge of OP-5: Ammunition and Explosives Safety Ashore, or industry-equivalent safety documents and,
• Fifteen or more years relevant project management experience managing similar technical programs/projects.
• Minimum Security Clearance: SECRET, TS if necessary

Desired Attributes:

• Recognized technical expert in project management with a focus on energetics development and manufacturing
• Expert ability to track project progress, including costs and schedules, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Expertise in coordinating manufacturing/engineering milestones and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Effective at identifying and managing risks to project timelines and developing mitigation strategies
• Capable of managing resources across various teams and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Familiarity with SMART manufacturing technologies and data acquisition systems
