Elucidation Concepts is a leader in cybersecurity solutions, dedicated to safeguarding digital assets and critical infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled Android-Savvy CNO (Computer Network Operations) Developer to join our innovative team.

Position Overview:

The Android-Savvy CNO Developer will design, develop, and implement advanced tools and techniques to support network exploitation and cyber operations targeting Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android OS internals, reverse engineering, and mobile application security. This role is essential for identifying vulnerabilities and advancing our offensive cyber capabilities.

Starting Salary: 85k

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and Implementation: Create sophisticated tools and techniques for Android network exploitation, penetration testing, and cyber operations.
  • Reverse Engineering: Analyze Android applications and firmware to identify vulnerabilities and develop custom exploitation tools.
  • Security Research: Investigate the latest Android vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and defensive countermeasures to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of developed tools and techniques to ensure reliability and effectiveness in operational environments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of cybersecurity experts, software engineers, and analysts to integrate CNO capabilities into broader strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of methodologies, findings, and tool development processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with FS Clearance
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Android development, reverse engineering, or cybersecurity operations.
    • Proven expertise with Android OS internals, system APIs, and application frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of Android vulnerabilities, exploits, and security mechanisms.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and C/C++.
    • Experience with reverse engineering tools like JEB Decompiler, IDA Pro, Ghidra, or Frida.
    • Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques such as ADB and GDB.
    • Familiarity with ARM assembly and Linux kernel internals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or CEH.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with malware analysis, firmware exploitation, or Android kernel development.
