Requirements
- Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) in related field with 1-4 years' support of ACAT I, II, or III program(s) as Program Analyst.
- Secret clearance

- Master's degree in business related field with 5+ years support of ACAT I, II, or III program(s) as Program Analyst. Desired expertise in Earned Value management, resource management, and quantification/analysis of risk
- 5+ years of experience leading teams preparing program acquisition documentation andpresentation material
- Expertise in Earned Value management, resource management, and quantification/analysis of risk with 7 years of experience leading teams preparing program acquisition documentation and presentation material
Description
- Providing programmatic and Life Cycle Logistics support for current Electro-Optic Infrared (EO/IR) projects managed by the Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD) including programmatic services, procurement documentation development, budget formulation, financial execution and tracking, and technical writing
