Position Overview:
Venatore LLC is seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the integration and implementation of Zero Trust architectures within a Coalition Partner Environment (CPE). This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, systems integration, and secure communications within a multi-national defense context.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Integration: Lead the integration of Zero Trust architectures into existing and new systems within the Coalition Partner Environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and security compliance.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, and management of secure communication systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with coalition partners, government stakeholders, and internal teams to align integration efforts with strategic objectives.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all systems and integrations comply with relevant security standards and regulations, including NIST, DoD, and other applicable frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve integration issues, leveraging strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and system modifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance system integration methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
- High School Diploma (HS/GED) with 15 years of relevant experience, OR
- Associate’s degree (AA/AS) with 12 years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree (MS) with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI eligibility is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Zero Trust architectures and principles.
- Experience with network protocols, secure communications, and encryption technologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and DoD guidelines.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-national defense environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a Coalition Partner Environment or similar multi-national defense context.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and services.
