We are seeking a Senior Manager/Team Lead for our work supporting DHS CISA. This position is contingent on contract award and will be performed on a hybrid basis, with regular onsite support expected in Arlington, VA. In this role you will:
- Provide Program and Executive Administrative Assistance support to the SED International Affairs subdivision
- Oversee all deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Manage and track all action items.
- Review project plans weekly to make updates as needed based on progress or shifts in priorities.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise with team performance.
- Work with the Program Manager/SME or Project Manager/SME to backfill any team absences to mitigate gaps in service.
- Communicate frequently to ensure the team has a clear understanding of work expectations.
- Effectively communicate the CISA International Strategic Plan, its mission, operational requirements, activities, and International Affairs role.
- Conduct technical edits for large, technical committee reports, studies for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, content, and to ensure compliance with DHS, CISA, SED, and International Affairs style guides and other industry-specific style guides, such as Associated Press Stylebook and provide feedback to authors on writing and style improvements.
- Provide internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, metrics collection, standard operating procedures, and general administrative compliance.
- Develop visual representations of complex data and create interactive reports and tools that can be leveraged across multiple platforms.
- Develop and/or edit informational products for internal and external stakeholders such as fact sheets; reports; memos; outreach materials; partnership communications/messages; accurate and readable technical materials, agendas; meeting summaries, outcomes, and conclusions; external executive communication; notifications and announcements; slide decks and presentations; briefing content and talking points; read-ahead packages; Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); guidance documents; and fact sheets. Produce talking points, website content, reports, memos, and recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.

Required Skills & Experience
- Public Trust security clearance
- Masters Degree in business-related field
- Must have over 10 years of related specialized experience on a federal contract of similar value and scope.
- Must be able to work on high-visibility and/or mission critical aspects of the position and perform all functional duties independently.
- Must be able to oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Must have proven experience as a task lead on contracts in excess of $70M (client deliverables, workload distribution, team management, etc.)
- Must have experience in program and project performance analysis and management, program and project planning support, technical subject matter expertise, internal and external information product development, and administrative services support, including SharePoint and Office 365 support services, as required by the Government program office
- Experience working with DHS CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) Council Management subdivision, SED Office of the Chief of Staff, and the SED International Affairs subdivision
- Experience and understanding of CISA International Affairs support
