As a Technical Operations Specialist you will work to ensure the highest quality of customer support. We need you to provide local or remote training, in-the-field product operational expertise, multi-disciplined technical diagnostic capabilities and have a clear understanding of customer requirements and objectives. You will be our expert for system training, conducting equipment demonstrations and integrating with ground, maritime and airborne platforms, as well as conducting diagnosis and field repair. In return you will have the ability to advance on cutting edge technologies to include Wi-Fi, Satellite and Bluetooth protocols.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct local and/or remote system training on our products.
  • Maintain & Update training curriculum as new products and capabilities are developed.
  • Undertake all customer support tasks at facilities and field locations both within and outside of the United States.
  • Efficiently plan and conduct thorough documentation of all on/off-site activities.
  • Ensure that the work progress accurately follows the planned agenda.
  • Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues.
  • Conduct environmental characterization to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Partner with colleagues and communicate important information.
  • Assess customer needs, provide consultation, and offer recommendations.
  • Establish rapport and build trusting relations with our customers

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, with 8+ years related experience and/or training, or 10 years of related military experience.
  • Prior Military (SI/EW/Cyber) experience.
  • Must have ability to attain an FAA 3rd Class Medical Certification.
  • Expert level experience with Satellite, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communications equipment.
  • Must have previous experience as a Project Lead and Coordinator.
  • Must have an advanced understanding of RF Theory and Propagation Modeling.
  • Experience as a field technician.
  • Must be able to demonstrate an advanced skill level in electronics and computers to include: Virtual Machine use and configuration, Networking, Linux Operating Systems and Security.
  • Expert level experience with advanced mapping software suites.
  • Must possess an advanced level of understanding of telemetry systems and system management.
  • Must possess advanced knowledge on aircraft and vehicle integrations.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to create, setup and sustain wired and wireless networks.
  • Must have ability to work variable, non-standard shift hours in high pressure environments.
  • Must be capable of conducting physical activities outdoors in sometimes strenuous (hot/humid) environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 65% of the time both nationally and internationally to include regions engaged in armed conflicts.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance. Existing clearances are highly preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have ability to productively react to unforeseen or uncontrolled circumstances.


Salary Range: $110k - $130k
