TMC Technologies is in search of a Change Management Analyst to support our Federal client. The Change Management Analyst will develop an organizational change management and communications plan that defines the purpose, background, scope, and executive leadership sponsors of the change initiative(s). This position is considered to be a remote position; however, staff may be required to support face-to-face meetings with the business line or end users. There is potential for face-to-face SAFe ceremonies on occasion. The candidate must be a US citizen and possess an active Top Secret clearance to start due to federal contract requirements.
The Change Management Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change initiatives and training activities within the SAFe framework.
- Training and communications support to include creating Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Change Impact Assessments, Training and Communication Plans, and updating/maintaining User Playbooks.
- Conduct research and curate ideas for stakeholder engagement and training materials.
- Develop metrics to track the progress of change initiatives and the adoption of data modernization transformation.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and identify and manage stakeholders.
- Identify the training needs of the organization or target audience; b) Develop a structured curriculum or training plan;c) Create or curate training content in alignment with learning objectives; d) Design activities and assessments to reinforce learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives
Job Requirements
US Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance required
4 Year Degree Information Technology or related field OR Equivalent Experience required
Experience facilitating Design Thinking activities and using Human-Centered Design to ensure a successful rollout of change materials required
Expertise and knowledge in various communication and training tools (Adobe Captivate, Piktochart, PowerPoint, and Confluence) required
