MTSI is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Data Manager to support the 361 ISRG. As a SIGINT Data Manager with MTSI, you will join a small, energetic team to manage dataflow across multiple organizations. This will be accomplished by collaborating with geographically separated teams from each stage of the process. Success will require strict attention to detail and firm adherence to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage dataflows across a variety of networks to ensure consistent and reliable data movement.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with dataflows to minimize downtime and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new data sources and adapt existing pipelines to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data governance policies when handling data across networks.
• Analyze and optimize dataflow performance to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Document workflows, processes, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certified (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
• Strong experience in managing and maintaining data pipelines or dataflows.
• Proficiency in dataflow tools and platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi, AWS Data Pipeline, Google Dataflow, or similar).
• Solid understanding of networking principles and challenges of working with geographically distributed systems.
• Familiarity with data security, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarly with cross-platform data movement processes.
Desired Qualifications:
• Minimum of ten (10) years' relevant experience as a Network Engineer or Architect.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data integration services.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Bash) for custom dataflow solutions.
• Prior experience in optimizing large-scale dataflows for high availability and performance.
• Extensive experience executing dataflow processes within the Intelligence Community.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Networking or 7+ years of experience in dataflow engineering.

Clearance Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance to start, with Counterintelligence Scope Poly eligibility.
• Current Counterintelligence Scope Poly, DESIRED.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Location/Travel:
• Place of work is Hurlburt Field, FL.
• May require up to 20% of CONUS/OCONUS travel.
