Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Contract Specialist to support a health-focused research contract on a fully REMOTE basis. This position requires eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $100,000-115,000/year *flexible based on experience*

Responsibilities of the Contract Specialist:
- Preparing and administering contract terms and conditions that contribute to national security objectives.
- Collaborating in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs, and evaluating pricing strategies.
- Modifying contracts with precision and proficiency.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Preparing and maintaining essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.
Qualifications of the Contract Specialist:
- 8+ years of experience with government contracts.
- Experience implementing federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARs).
- Experience in program/contract management and knowledge of other transaction authority contracting vehicles are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance (no clearance needed to start).
