Main Sail is seeking a highly experienced RSA Archer Expert to come into the Complex Cyber Security Program (CSP) and assist with the day-to-day operations, integration, and exploitation of the RSA Archer eGRC system. The RSA Archer Subject Matter Expert (SME) will have the following required skills:
A thorough understanding of principles with regard to RSA Archer domains.
Consultative aptitude to provide proven process recommendations.
Proficiency in design and development of RSA Archer and related technologies as part of the RSA Archer solution.
Installation, configuration and deployment expertise of the RSA Archer solution.
Technical skills to facilitate interoperability and integration efforts.
Ability to conduct and support testing/QA procedures for configured solutions.
Presentation and technical and operational competence to support day-to-day operations: IT environment optimizations, workflow analysis, environment updates, technology alignment, incident workflow development, configuring reporting requirements, etc.
Within the scope of the work role, the RSA Archer SME shall be expected to perform activities listed below and the RSA Archer eGRC capabilities listed.
In accordance with NIST risk management framework, coordinates RSA Archer application configuration, use cases, and provide expert technical support to enterprise-wide CSP staff
Coordinates system requirements and changes with Y-12 and Cloud Service Provider staff
Support control assessment management and compliance (including common controls)
Automate and support policy management authoring, staff communication and awareness, and established process for exceptions
Support risk management through risk identification, risk assessment, risk decisions, risk treatment, risk monitoring, and organizational context
Support reporting and metrics for lifecycle authorization and FISMA requirements
Establish real-time reporting and dashboards across the spectrum of RSA Archer installed modules
Create, track, and report workflows and approvals
Synchronize with staff to gather required information to adjust or enable the architecture, implementation, integration and support for the following RSA Archer capabilities in support of the CSP:
Period of Performance: 9 months
Location: 50% travel, remote and Oak Ridge, TN
