Mayvin is seeking a Program Manager for a contract with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) in Vienna, Virginia, a multi-agency organization staffed by officials from multiple agencies, including the FBI, DHS, DOS, Transportation and Security Administration (TSA), and US Customs and Border Protection (USCBP). The contractor Program Manager (PM) is responsible for engagement with the government customer and all aspects of contract performance in accordance with the Statement of Work as well as ensuring compliance with government regulations and standard operating procedures. As described below, the PM manages staffing levels, reports, and budget as the contract offeror's representative to the government.

Clearance Required: Top Secret with SCI eligibility and CI Polygraph

Position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities :
  • Work collaboratively with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) as needed to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
  • Responsible for a Monthly Status Report, Financial Information and Timesheets.
  • Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24/7 x 365 requirements and priorities as identified by TSC Leadership.
  • Provide timely responses to email and phone calls as needed to include after-hours coordination when needed.
  • Oversees the recruitment process, including vetting, training, and placement of TSC Intelligence Analysts
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications :
  • Four-year college degree in Management, Public Administration, Business, Sciences, or other discipline relatable to the functions of the position.
  • Minimum of five years experience in managing contracts and workforce related to federal law enforcement and/or intelligence analysis
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, United States military, and / or national security (counterterrorism, counterintelligence, transnational organized crime, and weapons of mass destruction)
  • Experience coordinating work priorities and briefing government executives
  • Experience managing personnel working operations center shifts in multiple locations


Preferred Qualifications :
  • Advanced degree in Business or related degree with at least ten (10) years of management experience.
  • Project Management Professional
  • Law Enforcement Supervisory or Military Leadership experience
