Description
Reporting to the Leidos NSOC Lead, the NSOC Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Administrator provides administration and reliable performance of an evolving enterprise federated ICAM implementation.
The position may require infrequent short-term travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites. This position may require an infrequent shift in workday schedule to support exercises occurring over weekends.

Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

Reporting to the Leidos NSOC Lead, the NSOC Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Administrator provides administration and reliable performance of an evolving enterprise federated ICAM implementation.
The position may require infrequent short-term travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites. This position may require an infrequent shift in workday schedule to support exercises occurring over weekends.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for administration, configuration, standardization, maintenance, performance, and patching of an evolving enterprise federated ICAM implementation, including custom code and commercial products that may include Radiant Logic, PingFederate, SecureAuth , SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Keycloak , and/or HashiCorp , with associated databases including KSQL and Postgres.
- Executes Tier 2 account administration, and reviews user access to ensure compliance with directives and security best practices.
- Implements configuration changes to and conducts troubleshooting of issues pertaining to an enterprise multi-level identify management architecture.
- Develops artifacts supporting Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processe s.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , MIS, or related technical field with 8 - 12 years of related experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting a variety of ICAM platforms and associated databases.
- Experience administering a variety of ICAM platforms and associated databases, including privileged and non-privileged user identities, credentials, and authorizations.
- Experience creating dashboards and analytics within ICAM tools.
- At least one current DoD 8140 certification .
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science , MIS, or related technical field.
- Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Red Hat ) .
- Experience with DoD Identity and Access Management (IdAM) authentication and access control policies and procedures .
- Experience working with cloud computing and infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, etc.) to IL6 .
- Experience as a member of agile programs .
- Network Security Operations Center (NSOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), or Security Operations Center (SOC) experience .
