TIAG is now hiring a DoD EHR Patient Account Solution Architect to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client on the implementation and maintenance of a new electronic health record (EHR) system. This position requires a clearance to be processed, so candidates must be a US or Naturalized Citizen to be eligible.
This position will work supporting our $4.3 billion DOD Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) program, providing the modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense. TIAG is one of several partners supporting the DHMSM Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Defense Health Agency in the global deployment and sustainment of our EHR system that will deliver improved system capability to the DoD whenever and wherever healthcare is required. Our solutions will improve the quality of healthcare for some 10 million military personnel and their families.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per hour

Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for optimizing revenue cycle
processes, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue recovery across DOD enterprise - Provide patient accounting business operations input into new capability design
- Provide patient accounting input into workflow optimization
- Perform technical and business-related research to support the design, workflows and processes to
support changes to the patient accounting applications of MHS GENESIS - Collaborate with team to design fully integrated clinical and revenue cycle workflows to support clinically
driven revenue cycle - Support the development of engineering presentations for patient accounting
- Present and facilitate patient accounting discussions with the customer
- Support design and testing activities
- Support review and recommended updates to patient accounting training content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, managing the product roadmap
to ensure on-time, within-budget product delivery. - Develop product initiatives focused on aligning with project performance and value statement/goals.
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership to define technical and business priorities, driving solutions
that meet customer needs and government compliance requirements. - Communicate findings of contracts and vendor management process improvement initiatives, as well
as process improvement recommendations, to the government, as well as program leadership
Required Skills and Experience:
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance based on the
minimum of a Tier 3 investigation. Federal Government requirement. - Deep Oracle Health (Cerner) patient accounting Application experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to Senior Leadership positions
- Previous hospital patient accounting experience including experience with CDM maintenance,
Suspended Charges, Denials Management, and Edit Failure resolution - Expertise in workflow design
- Expertise in facilitation of design sessions
- Previous experience with RevSpring, SSI and Alpha II
- BS degree and required years of prior relevant experience listed in table below or Masters with 2-6
years of prior relevant experience.
