ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD. This is an onsite position.
The PM will oversee completing complicated or complex tasks with limited guidance in a Cyberspace Operations environment including, but not limited to:

The PM will oversee completing complicated or complex tasks with limited guidance in a Cyberspace Operations environment including, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing the program's scope, schedule, budget, and risk and developing program documentation such as program schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation. Prepares charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information.
- Reviewing risk and risk mitigation activities of the program and proposes budgets.
- Evaluating, analyzing, and proposing operational and technical alternatives.
- Reviewing and providing input for Estimate-To-Complete, Funds and Man-Hour Expenditure Report, or other financial reports as appropriate to provide the status of funded programs.
- Reviews and evaluates program's Rough Order of Magnitude.
- Scheduling and assigning work to subordinates and subcontractors, monitors progress and resolving discrepancies to ensure compliance with work quality standards and contract and TO requirements.
- Directing technical teams and facilitates the integration of subtasks to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.
- Serve as focal point to the Government Program Manager for managing all tasks and subtasks and as Principal Representative for program direction and providing program status updates, including financial status.
- Provide information to the Government regarding significant issues, provides recommended solutions in a transparent manner, and takes corrective action to issues brought by the Government Program Manager or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
- Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum PMP, or equivalent certification (i.e. DAWIA Level III)
- 5+ years within the last 10 years of experience working at or above the Joint or Service Component Command (SCC) or equivalent level.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams in a cyberspace operations environment managing program activities in compliance with quality assurance activities.
- Experience managing project risk to include risk identification and mitigation.
- Experience managing programs/projects in classified environments and completing projects and leading or directing the work of others similar to the work performed on a TO of similar size and scope.
Clearance Requirements:
- The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/ Poly is required prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
