HIM / Coding Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading Government Systems Integrator, is in need of 4 HIM / Coding Solutions Architects for initial 12 month fully remote contracts in support of an enterprise DoD EHR Modernization effort. The HIM / Coding Solutions Architects will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of solutions for optimizing Health Information Management (HIM) and coding processes within an enterprise DoD environment, helping to define product requirements, manage the product roadmap for HIM / Coding solutions, develop product initiatives and value statements, assist with the implementation, sustainment and management of HIM / Coding capabilities and serve as an SME for all HIM / Coding related tasks. They also be responsible for interfacing with program and customer leadership / government representatives to monitor, track and report vendor performance related to HIM / Coding, etc.

Required Skills:

• At least 12 years of experience with a Bachelors degree.
• SME level knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner) HIM Applications.
• Expert level experience with Oracle / Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle.
• 3M Application experience.
• Previous hospital, surgical and ambulatory HIM and Coding experience, including experience with CDM maintenance, suspended charges, edit failure and denials resolution.
• Workflow design experience.
• Some level of experience managing project implementation teams to monitor the deliverables of each team to ensure milestone and on budget completion.
