RSC2 is currently looking for a Training Consultant to join our growing team in APG to support the newly awarded SAI contract!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assists higher level Training Developers with preparation of training courses with a professional understanding of the principals of learning and teaching methods and be able to demonstrate their ability to apply principles and methods.
• Independently prepare lesson plans, training catalogs, course materials, write instructional objectives and achieve a high standard during all training.
• Possess the skills and knowledge to understand instructional technology to include knowledge of audiovisual design and production and policies and procedures, which lead to qualification as an instructor.
• Must have the ability to train students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate / troubleshoot the particular system to the lowest-replaceable units.
• Ability to interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
• Be able to inform students of the complete objective purpose of the lesson while maintaining motivation and interest throughout the entire classroom instruction.
• Designs, conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies, related to training and behavioral studies.
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Identify the best approach training requirements to include, but not limited to, hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement.

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance level.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years related experience.
• Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
