Requirements
In this role, you will be responsible for the management, inventory control, and maintenance of our ammunition supplies. You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and safe storage of ammunition within our organization.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming ammunition shipments.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock records using electronic systems.
- Monitor ammunition usage, anticipate future needs, and request resupply when necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify damaged or expired ammunition.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and prevent unauthorized access to ammunition storage areas.
- Generate reports on stock levels, usage, and any discrepancies encountered.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in ammunition management or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of ammunition types, safety regulations, and inventory control practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy ammunition boxes as required.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain necessary security clearances.
