Sr Management Analyst - Command Element
As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active Top Secret clearance.
We are looking for a Senior Management Analyst - Command Element to support the III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) and lead our team supporting the Technical and Operational advisory support contract.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Sr Management Analyst - Command Element Responsibilities Include:
- Provide assistance to the III MEF DPRI director regarding operational support for DPRI force flow design and timing, assist to identify operational risks due to proposed laydown and movements while coordinating unit moves and monitoring the DPRI enterprise schedule to make sure III MEF meets force flow requirements.
- Support the III MEF participation in battle rhythm meetings with gap analysis, after action reports and advise in negotiations in base planning among services.
- Support DPRI on all MEF Information Group (MIG) facilities and MILCON/GoJ project issues, and programs, and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor to the III MEF DPRI Director on matters pertaining to command and control functions for the MEF, MEB, and MEU Headquarters to include operational facilities, and training requirements planning and management.
- Advise on options to: plan, direct, control, and coordinate DPRI facilities, MILCON and GoJ projects, facilities functionality requirements and serve as the principal advisor for accomplishment of all facility projects and efforts for the Command Element of III MEF.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- MA/MS is required.
- A minimum of ten (10) years progressive responsibility is required in the areas of program/project management with Marine Corps programs.
- Contractor Personnel supporting this task shall have extensive knowledge of USMC Command and Control, experience serving in military leadership positions, with experience at Battalion/Squadron level Command and/or field grade level staff at Division/Wing or higher, and have completed the appropriate level Professional Military Education or Civilian equivalent.
- Two or more years of DPRI experience is desired.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other professional licensure, registration, or certification is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of design and construction programs is required.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.
