Thompson Gray is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to support EUCOM. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) and audit experience. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following skills and experience.
Job Duties:
Respond to and resolve user inquiries regarding GFEBS functionality, errors, and processes
Track and manage helpdesk tickets
Provide step-by-step guidance for troubleshooting system-related issues
Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
Provide users with on-site and virtual training on GFEBS processes as needed
Develop and update user guides, SOPs, FAQs, training products, etc.
Assist in testing system updates, patches, and upgrades
Ensure compliance with Army regulations and policies
Generate reports on helpdesk performance recurring issues for process improvement
Employ audit tools, software, and financial management systems used by the Army for tracking and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a US citizen and have a SECRET clearance.
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management, IT or a related field with 5 years of experience.
Must be able to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and civilian personnel.
Must be able to travel and work in Germany for 2-3 months per year.
Technical Proficiency
In-depth knowledge of all functional areas in GFEBS/GFEBS-SA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Service Now
